Just like on Booking — no prepayment, you pay on arrival. No card is needed to book. For longer stays and the villas we may agree on a deposit by bank transfer.
Yes. Cancelling more than 30 days before arrival is free. Later, please tell us as soon as you can — if we manage to fill the dates, we charge nothing.
Bed linen and towels are included. Final cleaning is a one-off fee shown for each property. On stays over 10 days we clean once during the stay at no charge.
Twenty minutes from La Romana, about an hour from Punta Cana. We can arrange a transfer — send your flight number and arrival time at least three days ahead.
Yes, in every unit. Wi-fi is free and handles video calls; air conditioning is in the bedrooms and the living room.
Absolutely. The beach has a shallow entry and the residences are gated and guarded. Cot and high chair on request in advance.
Unfortunately not — pets are not allowed in our units.
There is a supermarket and smaller shops in the town centre, all within a ten-minute walk. Bigger shopping is done in La Romana.
December to April is dry with the most pleasant temperatures. Summer is hotter and more humid, but cheaper and emptier. September and October are the rainiest.
Platforms take a commission that has to sit in the price. Booking direct is cheaper, weekly stays get 10 % off, and anything extra is agreed with us directly.
